CANCELLATION POLICY
TRU BEAUTY LAB LLC – BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Welcome to Tru Beauty Lab LLC! To provide the highest quality non-invasive body contouring and luxury wellness treatments, we maintain strict scheduling guidelines. By booking an appointment with us, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions: • Non-Refundable Booking Deposits: To secure your preferred time slot, a non-refundable deposit is required at checkout (a flat $25.00 for express/wellness services, and a 50% deposit for all advanced contouring treatments and multi-session bundles). This deposit will be credited directly toward your final service balance on the day of your appointment. • Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any scheduling changes. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, your booking deposit remains active and will automatically transfer over to your new designated date. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, or failing to show up to your appointment entirely, will result in the immediate forfeiture of your booking deposit. • Late Arrival Policy: We operate on a strict 10-minute grace period. If you arrive late within this 10-minute window, your service time will be shortened accordingly to ensure our next client can start exactly on time. You will still be responsible for the full price of the scheduled service. Arrivals later than 10 minutes will be considered a no-show, the session will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
